Good-sized and brand-new units with coffee, a clean bathroom, fresh towels, and the staff were affable! The location was incredible and amazing for walking around Notre-Dame de Liesse Church.

Location: the hotel was close to railway station. The staff was really kind and nice and gave some great recommendations. We had the double room provided with a nice shower, balcony plus air conditioning.

Enjoyed the stay, it was relaxing of one night. We got a room with a roll-in shower. The location was stunning, not too far from Annecy Castle. Food was great and their restaurant was lovely.

Magnificent central location very close to lake and train station, the main attractions and old town and lake. Luckily it was close to Liber Art, had pastries there when it was hot outside...

Bright family room with a water boiler. Central heating, a work desk, coffee and tea making equipment were nice. Central location, great base for discovering Annecy.

This hotel is conveniently located near downtown Annecy and within walking distance of the train station. The rooms are clean, quiet, and spacious, with comfortable beds and spotless bed linen. Tea and coffee facilities in the room are a plus, and the AC and wifi work well. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there are shops and bakeries nearby. The hotel offers a great value for the price.

The parking arrangements should be made clearer for guests, as there is no parking available outside the hotel and guests have to use the public underground parking.

Lovely place to be. Pleasant room with space for storage of clothes etc. Lovely view of the attractive courtyard below. Comfortable bed. Quiet peaceful room. Plenty of useful tourist information available in the hotel. Sensible price.

The breakfast looked very inviting but was highly priced, Perhaps an alternative cheaper breakfast could be offered.

No shower but shower hose attached to bath taps with no curtain or screen which was a bit tricky. Basic room furnishing but ok for price.

The hotel was in an incredible location near to Annecy train station, and the historic centre. It also was close to the lake.

The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We appreciated the included breakfast, which had a good variety of options. The hotel's location was fantastic, as it was just a short walk away from the train station and close to the beautiful old town. We loved exploring the charming streets and enjoying the romantic atmosphere of the city.

It was quite small and lacked some basic amenities like a mini-fridge. the bathroom layout was odd, with a slanted roof that made it difficult for taller people to move around comfortably.
